R&D Plastics of Hickory Ltd, is a privately held, family run company located in Hickory, North Carolina. It has been supplying extruded foam polyethylene products and fiber optic components to a variety of markets for over 15 years. Through strategic planning, unique vendor/customer partnerships and re-investing in our company and employees, we strive to be a low cost producer of these products in the U.S.
Our customer base includes the largest international fiber optic cable component manufacturers in the world; one of the largest recreational/toy retail distributors in the world; a host of OEM, bedding, and furniture manufacturers; and distribution partners with an international presence.
